Abstract Market researchers debate the pros and cons of one of the most talked about topics in market research today - Internet interviewing. Internet interviewing offers many advantages ranging from fast survey setup and execution, to a more convenient process that provides for high respondent participation, according to Bill Ahlhauser of Americom Research Inc and Phil Levine of RYSA OnLine. But like any new research method, Internet interviewing has glitches that need tweaking before more researchers accept it. Dale Kulp of Marketing Systems Group Inc. and Rick Hunter of SDR Sampling Services have problems with Internet interviewing.
